• I create a safe and comfortable space in which to identify the steps towards your vision and how we line them up in a practical order.
• I will tap into my 30 years + of training, knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry, as a business owner, as well as a coffee specialist.
• I won’t exactly hold your hand, but with my help and support, we will create something unique, niche and of the highest quality.
